Renters Product Offering
We offer two conventional renters / contents programs, offering both Aegis Security Insurance Company and Hanover Fire & Casualty Insurance Company.
Customer credit history is not used for rating in either of these programs. Both insurers also offer direct bill, with premium payment options, including credit card payment.
Simplified rating and / or online is also available for both programs.
Additional programs are also available for customers, who need renters coverage, and who live in a manufactured / mobile home. Both American Modern and Aegis will offer coverage to these customers from within their manufactured home programs. Please contact our office for additional information for these customers.

This program offers:
- Personal Property Replacement Cost is included on each policy. Contents limits from $10,000 - $60,000 are insurable in this program.
- Online rating is available from our website. Simplified rater applications are also available – you can generate the rate right from the application.
- Program is available in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
Providing basic coverage for customers who cannot find it elsewhere:
- Credit scores are not reviewed and policies are guaranteed issue, with very limited underwriting.
- Multiple payment options are offered and installment plans are also available.
- Online rating is available, as well as new application upload.
- Program is available in Ohio + Indiana.
