SUG proudly offers both Aegis Security Insurance Company and American Modern Insurance Group for manufactured / mobile homes. This product line has long been a specialty for us, and there are not many manufactured homes that we cannot write.

Our markets offer the flexibility to write any occupancy, including owner-occupied, seasonal, rental, light commercial, vacant and tenant (contents) policies. We also have both personal lines and commercial form programs to insure schedules of multiple rental homes on one policy. Our unit count is unlimited in such cases, so please also think of us for larger schedules.

We can also insure any age home and can offer many endorsements to fit the unique needs of your customers.

All of our offered programs are admitted and direct bill. They offer pay plans and accept credit card payment.

Aegis offers very competitive pricing and a very focused program. Their sweet spot is in both newer, higher valued units and older, lower valued homes. They offer a unique Vintage Program, offering relaxed underwriting criteria for older homes, with minimum coverage needs.
